1.    Attassery Farm Project, near to Mannarkad
Activities Envisaged
a)    Developing 10 acres of land to a cultivable land having more than 700 numbers of Vietnam early jack trees
b)   2100 sq. ft. nursery potting shed for producing nursery plants
c)   1300 sq. ft. farm house which can be rented out for farm stay purposes
d)   Setting up of drip irrigation facility for micro irrigation purposes
e)   Development of an exotic fruit orchard on a three-acre plot of land. In order to    
       run a commercial nursery, the mother plants of exotic fruit trees can also be
       used to gather scion materials such as buds, grafts, and layers.
f)   Putting into practice the agrovoltaics concept, which involves using the same
      area of farm land for both agricultural and solar energy production
g) Establishing vermicompost unit to make the farm, self - sufficient in organic manure
h)   Honey bee farming

2.    Desi Chicken Project
Activities Envisaged
a)    Procuring robust Gramashree hens raised by local women group at prevailing market rates for distribution to Oleevia restaurants
Purpose
b)    Fulfill the objective of protein requirement of the growing population
c)    In addition to the financial gain, poultry farming business provide a source of fresh, healthy meat for consumers
d)    Enable doubling of farmers income

3.    Honey Processing and Marketing Project
Activity envisaged:
a)    Processing and marketing of 10 metric tons of honey per annum as per FSSAI and “Agmark” standards of quality.
b)    Improve apiculture in the country and increase the standard of living of bee farmers

4.    Agro Tourism Project (Kottayam)
Activities Envisaged:
i.    Providing home-cooked food and stay facilities
ii.    Providing farm tours, beds and breakfasts, tractor/bullock cart rides, grapes, mangoes and other horticulture farms, birds/animal zoos
iii.    Demonstrating agricultural practices such as floriculture, harvesting, beekeeping, and dairying
iv.    Introducing visitors to village life, through various participatory activities
v.    Developing unique selling points such as organic farming, floriculture, natural health management etc
vi.    Offering recreational activities for all age groups, including rural games, festivals, and nature-based entertainment
vii.    Creating a peaceful and tranquil environment away from urban busy schedules
viii.    Providing health-conscious options such as medical treatments and organic foods
ix.    Focusing on nature-friendly activities and promoting interest in the natural environment
x.    Providing training on agro-tourism for farmers
xi.    Educating farmers on scientific cultivation practices
xii.    Offering consultancy for setting up agro-tourism units
xiii.    Taking initiatives to strengthen linkages between stakeholders such as state departments, traders, NGOs, and farmers
xiv.    Assisting farmers in preparing bankable project reports
xv.    Providing support and guidance for marketing agro-tourism
xvi.    Arranging visits to exhibitions and trade shows for farmers
xvii.    Sharing useful information on agro-tourism through websites
