1.Selecting competent resources and ensure the staffing level as per the norms.
2.Responsible for managing their BM/ABM
3.Scripting the business growth
4.Achieve desired activity/productivity revenue targets through the respective team members
5.Responsible for managing, monitoring, evaluation and rewarding of Team on time to time basis.

8.Responsible for overall administration of Region and do periodic visit to all the branches of the region.

Required Candidate profile
The candidate who is presently heading Sales Team of new generation bank/NBFC/Insurance/Multi State Cooperative Society as Senior RM/Branch Head or Cluster Head
